Creepypasta comes to life, or at least pseudo virtual intelligence. Built from the body of a Texas Instruments 99/4A and the brains of a Teensey 3.6, this unit simulates a hostile artificial intelligence just like it's fictional counterpart.
Video output via onboard RCA (easy to do with arduino it turns out) and audio output by a custom TTS shield. To be clear this is a lot of if-then loops, nothing comparable to a real virtual/artificial intellegence. I'm not a damn wizard.
Don't let the name fool you, it's a Tamagotchi Arduino Platform, not a Korean delicacy. Something I've been working on for around 5 years now, it's a small simple platform made for Tamagotchi type games - pocket pets.
With the Arduino platform it supports both those looking for a fun little toy and those looking to program their own handheld games.
Right now it's still very much a prototype, mainly the hardware with very little software.
